Purpose of change
#80599 added Shia as nemesis, with consideration for instead adding the immortal snail. We can have both!
Describe the solution
The immortal intelligent snail will follow you to the ends of the earth, always eventually finding you. It can't be killed or (permanently) trapped. If it manages to touch you, you die.
The snail also has 10 million dollars but they're stuck in its bank account.

- [ ] figure out a way to have the snail kill you when you touch it, instead of just when it touches you.
Describe alternatives you've considered
~~No memes~~ Current scenario text for hunted says either of you has to die, and obviously the immortal snail can't die. Not sure if this is fine for CrazyCata or if this would need its own scenario, the latter is not possible to do currently because the nemesis group would need to be altered based on scenario.
Testing
Test that both nemeses can spawn, test the snail's ability to touch you.
Additional context
You'll want a character_melee_attacks_monster event EOC which checks if the attacked monster is the snail. If so, player dies.
