#64614 removed sanitize: undefined from the only build that had it.

There are now 2 build jobs that compile with ASan enabled (sanitize: address), and there's 1 build that runs tests, but those two sets don't overlap at all.

Solution you would like.

Figure out exactly what sanitizers are desired and worthwhile for the slowdown they cause, and have at least one job that runs tests using those sanitizers.

Remove sanitizers from targets that don't run any tests.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Just remove all sanitizers from all builds, if they're not really being exercised.
