Can't finish Iron Safari after deactivating the Trifacet

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Yrax Trifacet
2. Stun it
3. Deactivate it
4. -- at this point the task marker stays on the initial Trifacet location
5. Return to Hub01
6. Activate the intercom, talk about tasks
7. The only option is to exit the tasks dialog

Expected behavior

Able to finish the quest
