NPCs stop obeying orders sometimes until reload of save.
Describe the bug
I have a random NPC which did not obey "guard" order until I've reloaded my game. I'd walk them into basement and tell them to d->g (do something -> guard). They would stay there for a moment but than would carry on following me.
They would talk as if they were guarding (options being "follow me" as if they were), yet they were following me already.
On save / load they've stopped this behavior, guarding the spot where they've ended at.
This is on a fresh game start.
I've observed this behaviour previously, always fixed with a reload. Previously observed "ignored" orders included activities (read, chop logs), assigning to camp.

Steps to reproduce
- not sure. I've had this happen randomly every now and again. May be would be able to clarify later.
Expected behavior
NPCs should obey orders.
