Restore "remember previous firing mode" functionality to "burst-fire wielded weapon"

Years ago (#53863) I reported that the "burst-fire wielded weapon" hotkey was not working, and this was thankfully fixed just recently in #77387.

However, the fix involved making it so that the hotkey switches your current firing mode to burst/auto and leaves it there. In my opinion, this makes the hotkey not very useful. The reason I wanted it fixed is that I would love to be able to switch easily between a primary firing mode (typically semi-auto) for general-purpose shooting and burst for close range and particularly dangerous enemies. Since I only use those two firing modes 99% of the time, I find it pretty annoying to cycle through the modes on anything that has more than two, and it can even be actively dangerous if one of the additional modes is something like an underslung grenade launcher. Having a hotkey that lets me burst-fire and then go back to whatever I was doing before that would solve these problems completely, but the current implementation means I still have to cycle back to semi-auto, which solves half the problem at most.

Solution you would like.

Make it more like it was clearly meant to work originally, just functional this time; when you press the "burst-fire wielded item" hotkey, you go to burst/auto until you quit out of the firing menu, at which point you go back to whichever mode you were using when you pressed the hotkey.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Allowing players to "lock" certain firing modes, as described in #53867. No reason we can't have both, tho.

I feel a bit churlish complaining about this because I really do appreciate that @Night-Pryanik found and fixed a problem that's been bothering me for almost three years, but I had to say something.
