<horis> Crafted a drinking hat to keep 500ml of projectiles on my head. It's like a rock and a chunk of steel lol
Fun use, made me chuckle, but definitely not intended.

Thank you Renech for providing a quick solution.
Adds "max_item_length": "1 mm" to only permit liquids. Or finely folded napkins if you really want to.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Instead have a high turn cost for unloading items, but this applies to liquids, too, so this is not really viable.
Testing
Applied change locally. Can not insert rocks anymore but liquids still go in fine. And napkins. And apparently also boxer shorts and socks. Now the only thing missing is complimentary old sock juice.
Additional context
This player was sad and wanted an alternative to use. So if anyone knows clothing that allows you to store things on your head, that might be a good thing to contribute via a PR.
I can look at adding one of these in tomorrow if we seriously want to add in a hat with a pocket lol. Would probably go with the fanny pack one, although the womens coin purse cap is mighty attractive xD
