Looking at multi-story buildings produces unrealistically little information
Describe the bug
If you stand near a building with more than one floor and use the "Look around" mode to look at its upper floors, you get very little information about how the building looks.
Standing near the Apartment Complex and looking at its second floor:
Realistically, assuming a normal shaped building you should be able to see at least the outer walls & windows, and depending on window layout/altitude/angle maybe see a little inside the building too.
This has a seveal major negative effects on gameplay:
- you don't know where the windows on the upper floors are so you cannot get into them with a ladder (I am fully aware that ladders currently do not work like that, but that needs a separate bug report)
- you can't see zombies on upper floors breaking through windows and become aware of threats only when they jump down to your level

Please provide a save file for this issue. There is angular vision across z-levels.
Added a save file that clearly shows the issue to the opening post.
I can confirm. Standard start at the shelter. I can't see the roof. Additionally, pay attention to the trees. They are far away from the character, but he still can't see what is at z=1.
And two additional (?) problems.
- Until I manually look into the upper level. The game doesn't look at it.
I went around the shelter in a circle, but never once looked up. Only when I got back to my starting position did I look up. Here's the result:
After that, I walked another quarter of a lap. And looked up again.
- I can't see the zombies on the roof. And they can't see me. But that's an old problem (#71867)
UPD. Clairvoyance artifact
If something requires a separate topic, speak up and I'll create one.
Until I manually look into the upper level. The game doesn't look at it.
