Bugfixes "Adjust Bilious Soldier Zombie night vision, change their description to reflect their superior eyesight."
Purpose of change
Currently, BSZs have a whopping 13 sight at night; compared to the 3 of the average Zoldier. While it makes sense for them to have better visual acuity, it should not outclass full NVGs.
Describe the solution
Reduce their night vision down to 8; on par with cheap night vision goggles.

Why can't it have very good NV? It's a ranged zombie to use that range they need to see

It has substantially better night vision than the average Zed, even outclassing some of the lower tier shady zombies. I take issue with the fact that it has a higher range at night than it does during the day, while most non-shady zombies are the opposite.

It turns out I was incorrect; Bilious soldiers are actually correct in their visible acuity. Closing PR
