Mods "[Magiclysm] Dragon Heart"

Purpose of change

#76041 add heart into the game and that give me some idea "what if dragons drop their heart? What can they do?" This PR will answer those question.

Describe the solution

First, dragon can be butchered out two kind of heart: meat and crystalized. The former is from young dragons and later is from adult. Wyrmling don't drop heart, not old enough for having a magical heart.

The most direct use of meaty dragon heart is eat it, just like eating putrid heart it give you some dragon mutagen and that's it. More advanced usage for meaty heart is... cook it into primer, it can replace mutagen and can make two primer instead just one.

Crystalized hearts from adult dragon can upgrade dragon wing mutations into a stronger version that allow you burning mana to fly (thanks #75515 adding fly function). But to achieve it isn't easy First you need spend a fortune to buy a special book from our lovely interdimensional tycoon Valzain (Purchase by dialogue). Then you need Draconic Spellcasting mutation to access the hidden ritual inside, which behave like mana upgrade ritual. The ritual need a lot material to cast, including the crystalized heart, and only success if you have correspond dragon wing mutation.

Valzain also willing to buy the crystalized heart if playing dragon isn't your cup of tea (Also by dialogue). But beside him nobody will buy it cause it's a huge chunk of crystal that really don't help survive in wasteland.
