Remove itch from conjunctivitis and make it even shorter when irrigated
Summary
Balance "Remove itch from conjunctivitis and make it even shorter when irrigated"
Purpose of change
I haven't found any information online suggesting that chemical conjunctivitis actually causes any amount of itching comparable to the other types of conjunctivitis, or even just compared to normal injuries. The frequent itching on top of the frequent stinging would spam the log with messages. I've also seen some duration numbers online that suggest chemical conjunctivitis can last as little as a day if the chemicals aren't severe and the eyes are properly rinsed.
Describe the solution
I obsoleted the itch EOC and significantly reduced the frequency of the sting EOC, but upped the duration to compensate. I changed the duration of applied conjunctivitis from 2-5 days to 1-5 days, and added a 7 day max and 35% duration stacking. I also nerfed the vision penalty because the conjunctivitis supposedly has minimal direct effect on visual acuity.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving corpse bile as an allergen.
The duration and severity of chemical conjunctivitis tends to depend on the chemicals in question, how long it took to rinse them out, and how thoroughly. I hope to take that into account at a later time.
Testing
WIP.

Unless I missed something you provided no reason for this. If this is related to "if the eyes are properly rinsed", that's not a safe bet at all, both from a duration POV (this only works if the rinsing is prompt) and a volume point of view, eyedrops are not "proper rinsing".

They absolutely are not. Googling "cholic acid safety" (one of the primary acids in bile, as an example) brings up multiple safety data sheets that recommend an immediate 15 minutes of flushing with water while holding the eyelids open. I'm fine leaving the minimum duration at 2 days for now, but in the future I plan on adding some more nuance, including a requirement for prompt, thorough irrigation.
