Purpose of change

Had the idea for a new weird monster for a while and am finally getting something together that can hold up in a PR.

Describe the solution

Add the Silent One, a nether monster that's mostly non-hostile but is attracted to psionics usage (or walking up and poking it). If you draw its attention, it drains the life and vitality out of you (represented by lowering your Health, Focus, and Morale). It is very difficult to damage with mundane weapons, balanced out by how it will normally ignore you unless you deliberately antagonize it.
