Items spawned on a closed door tile
Describe the bug
As the title says, I found a closed door with items spawned on the same tile. There was one door like this at the ground level and one on the second floor.

Steps to reproduce
I'm not sure. Maybe this is a mapgen issue? There were a couple of zombies in the house, but I don't think they smashed the door and caused the bug.
Expected behavior
I did not expect that items could be on the same tile as a door. Instead, I expected them to be in one of the neighboring tiles.

Additional context
This bug does not cause the game to crash. I suspect it is caused by creating a the items from a broken door, without removing the door itself. If I open and close the door, the items will move out of the way.
Update: I also found this on a damaged door tile.
This also happens via map rebuilding in the Tacoma Commune, upgrading the area doesn't remove the harvestable plants.
