Failed to connect the power cord, it tried to make an invalid connection!

Describe the bug

Either I'm doing something wrong or the charging station isn't working.

I created a "disconnected foot locker recharging station". Put it on the ground and connected it to the battery. Turned it on and put the batteries and smartphone in it. But none of this is charging.

According to the description it is plugged in and not connected to the battery. Even though it is on the neighboring tile. The refrigerator works fine.

Additional information. I don't understand what's going on.

  1. New world (en), everything works fine
  2. New world (ru), everything works fine
  3. The same save, if you take apart the grid and reassemble, everything works fine

UPD. If you only remove the charging station and put it back on, you can get:
