Remove some egregiously strange item spawns

Purpose of change

Noticed a bunch of really bizzare items in a few item groups. A gun in a very common shopping mall spawn location. All kinds of bizzare gear in the drug dealer set piece. Several weird items in the college camper item group.

Describe the solution

Remove the weird spawns.

Testing

Many many iterations of mapgen with no issues.

I think it might be a good idea to remove bullwhips, wolf suits, and the anthro suits from spawning in old labs as well, they are surprisingly common down there from what I've noticed.
