Parametrize linoleum color in domestic palette

Purpose of change

I find it weird that bathrooms and kitchens would only use gray linoleum in the standard_domestic_lino_bathroom palette.

Describe the solution

Make the standard_domestic_lino_bathroom & standard_domestic_lino_kitchen each have their color of linoleum parametrized, also adding a symbol used for flooring. Also adapting every place that uses this to the changes.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keep them gray. Make another palette called standard_domestic_lino_bathroom_white to use only white.

Testing

Game loads, furniture has correct terrain under it & bathrooms and kitchens spawn with correct flooring.

Additional context

Going through every house after this and converting them to palettes, this is to make bathrooms and kitchens easier to do.
