Can't get bionics from hobbies

Describe the bug

Started as a speed freak, which includes gaining bionics Didn't got any bionics from the hobby Bionics from professions are unaffected by that

Didn't tested without Aftershock but it might be an issue even without it

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a world with Aftershock
2. Select Speed freak as hobby
3. Create the character
4. Notice how you got no bionics

Getting my hobby's bionics
