DVDs cases, DVD discs and more
Summary
Content "Adds DVD discs, two cases, and a portable DVD player, and fixes waterproof smartphone cases variants weight."
Purpose of change
For realism sake. And also for entertainment, as the team (Duke, Tortuga and I, nothing here would be possible without them. Doctor Boomstick also should be credited, since without his help this would be full of grammar errors, long, boring words and other errors.) are working to make these items usable. DVD Gang ftw! There is also a small fix on the spawning rate of the many waterproof smartphone cases we have in the game at the moment - Monocolor, simple smartphone cases are way more common than special or the movie-related ones.
Describe the solution
The process for this project should not be extremely hard or long. We'll be adding the proper items (with proper values, of course), in the proper place, and then deal with item groups, which is not something I'm unfamiliar with. Some C++ will also be done in an attempt to allow the player character to watch the added movie in their portable DVD player.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not doing it.

Additional context
I'll have a suggestion. You mind adding these?
Although I don't know if it'll work with pockets

Hello, it is good to see you around. Yes, we are going to add this (DVD bag idk the name lol), but not now, this is part 1 of this addition. For now, we'll be adding the cases, discs, and a portable DVD player, maybe some earphones, deal with loot spawns and item groups, and most important of it all, make all those items be usable for the player character.
Why change weight of phone cases?
They used to be from 5 to 10.
Now they weight from 1 to 60.
Why? What is your source?

I think that's because monocolor cases would be much more common than pop culture ones. Seems reasonable to me

I was the one who added all those waterproof smartphone cases. I should've been more cautious regarding the weights of the variants, this little change fix that. Like KeremBabaG said, monocolor ones should be much more common than the pop culture ones, as these are meant to be collectibles.
Only while working on this project can I legitimately say that I’ve spent the last part of my evening correcting grammar on, largely, nothing save for Shreck DVD disks. God bless CDDA.
Greetings Doc. I would like to thank you for what you did in this PR, fixing my grammar errors. I appreciate it.

Might I suggest having different movies being variants of e.g. bad_movie / good_movie? If you want some movies to have different morale bonuses. In this PR there's 82 unique items that are just DVDs.

No. Each DVD movie has a different morale value, time length, and some are even mute or have different sound levels. They cannot be variants.
Those are not details worth tracking. If they really must exist, make it be randomly determined when the movie is watched.
If mute movies could be considered common enough to be their own thing, I'd suggest a soundless mute_movie with a set morale buff, possibly low-ish since they aren't strong competitors against modern movies for the most part.
mute_ / bad_ / good_movie could get a Cinemaphile trait (similar to Bookworm) to up the morale buff. (But that sounds like a future PR thing)
The option to see modern movies on mute w/ subtitles for lowered morale buff might be something to consider? If you want there to be a level of variety in how the player uses the system. I can also see there being some interaction with Deaf survivors/ones wearing ear protection.
