Fix some incorrect barrels volumes.

Simple fix to some incorrect shotguns barrel lengths. Notably the pipe and double barrel pipe shotguns.

Purpose of change

This PR should Fix #59815

Steps to reproduce the bug, and see if it's fixed. 1- Spawn a pipe shotgun (double or single barrel); 2- Spawn a hacksaw and try to sawn the barrel; 3- Check if the gun display a notable reduction in length.

Describe the solution

I have readjusted the volume of the barrels to match the volume of the pipe that they are based of. And as a plus I fixed the volume of the StreetSweeper as well.

I also have fixed the weight and volume addition on the double barrel variant to match an addition of an extra barrel.
