Dynamic battery widget

It would be nice if the battery widget could hide itself if no battery data is found. This would make for a better UX instead of manually hiding it in the config. It would also be handy for devices where the battery can be removed (my laptop)

This could also be extended to other widgets in the like networking and temperature.
