Change Terminal Title to hostname (or something else)

What is the feature of interest? Be clear and concise.

Change the Terminal name to the hostname, and not just being btm maybe even make this configurable in the config (with templates?) (change environment variable TITLE)

Provide any additional context or details here. What needs to be done, why, etc:

when having open multiple terminals (with ssh) to other systems, its not easy to see what instance of btm runs on what system

(terminal name as like the window name for gnome-terminal or windows cmd / powershell)
