Show decimal place for CPU usage

[X] I've looked through the documentation and existing open issues for this feature/feature request.

It would be nice to have a hundredths place for the representing CPU usage by default. There's plenty of screen space regardless of screen size.
It would also be nice to have memory represented in units of information storage rather than with percent by default.

I noticed these points due to comparing with GNOME System Monitor. The result is access to more information.
