A way to play tic tac toe in discord

A cool minigame feature would fit in well in the server. This is also a great way to dip you hand into the database layer

I wrote a tic tac toe code for a python course that might work with some modification. I'm not sure how programming python for discord bots works, but I'm sure the code could serve as a good basis. I'll have to find it tho. I think I have it on a portable SSD
