Stock Market Tracker Cog

The idea is to be able to get general info about the stock market (e.g. NASDAQ, NYSE, S&P 500, etc.) by querying ClemBot.

We could also offer info for individual stocks, possibly with graph visualizations for historical changes.

There seem to be a good number of APIs out there for doing something like this, including completely free ones, so it seems reasonable that this could be implemented without too much difficulty (besides graphing data).

We could even do overlap with the remind cog where you receive notifications of price thresholds being hit. Depending on the API selected, this would need to be limited to only allow a few stocks to be selected for alerts per Discord account, If we ever did premium features, having unlimited or more stock alerts could be a premium ClemBot feature.
