Support Server-Based Class Grade Distributions

The idea is to allow different class/professor grade distributions for different discord servers. Meaning, if someone at another University wanted to use our bot for reporting grade distributions, they could convert the data into the format that ClemBot accepts and then ClemBot would reference those grade distribution files for their server instead of the Clemson files.

the clembot implementation of this wouldnt be hard, the difficulty would be wrangling other peoples data into the current format. Is there a demand for this?

Not that I'm specifically aware of, but I've not been looking either.

I was just thinking we could potentially advertise ClemBot to other university-related servers and use features like this to win them over.
