Bot Emoji Reactions Hitting Rate Limit
ClemBot hits Discord's rate limit (yielding a rate limit bucket has been exhausted debug message) when it adds emoji reactions to messages. We need to increase the time between when the bot posts emoji reactions so that it no longer hits the limit. Hitting this limit too often could get our token revoked.
Other features in ClemBot may need to be changed, adding or increasing delayed action to avoid this as well. However, emoji reactions were the most blatant violator of the rate limit that I noticed.
This is def something to track, im not sure if its a BAD thing but we should do more research, ill turn over some rocks on my end to find out
