Bible Verse Lookup Cog

Pretty straightforward idea. A cog that pulls up a specified verse (or set of verses) requested by the user. Technically with paginate, I suppose the bot could respond with a whole chapter or even book of the bible... Could offer a choice between multiple translations as well as the Latin and Greek texts.

Would also be interesting to see how feasible it would be to apply this to other open-source / freely available texts.
