The search bar is available under the “Explore” tab available from the right sidebar
I am unable to reproduce this, custom emojis only animate when I hover the post, and media attachments only animate when I hover them.

Can't really help without logs nor knowing your Mastodon version. Not sure why `journalctl -u mastodon-web` would not turn up any log, though. Also of note, #21054 rewrites the import...
That is surprising, and I am not sure what's going on here. Can you try `RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rails assets:clobber && RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rails assets:precompile`?
Note that “slow mode” currently doesn't change anything to how posts are streamed from the server to the client, it's purely a display thing and it works in a way...

I think this was here to align the avatar with the text. Maybe moving `margin-left: -2px` to the container element would make sense.
Related to #14266. Tempted to close as duplicate because it's the same root issue, but leaving the issue for now as it manifests a bit differently.
