Thinkific PDF reader unnecessary

Thinkific seems to have a custom PDF reader that is almost identical to the Firefox PDF reader. This seems awfully strange and unnecessary, and probably used for tracking. I propose that this is bypassed.

Nothing malicious, it uses pdf.js which is written by firefox
