Filtering too much on Amazon tracking URLs

When I click on an Amazon tracking URL, ClearURLs is stripping the final part, rendering the URL useless. More specifically, on the example I had, this last part has been stripped:

%26ref_%3<...>=gmail&ust=<...>&usg=<...>

This comes right after this part:

&packageId=1&H=<28 digit code>
