Is there any way to add exception for certain site?

ClearURLs is breaking a lot of searches with chinese characters, I didn't found out how to add exception for that site

• bilibili as mentioned in #218
• search with any unicode characters in https://www.1688.com/ for example 饮料
• search with any unicode characters in https://chaoshi.tmall.com/ for example 饮料
• many more

Plex login is also broken. A way to exclude certain pages would be helpful for those instances.

I am subscribed to emails from seekingalpha.com which I get daily and the emails have a ton of links. Those links do not work with ClearURLs enabled. I would like to whitelist this page.
