Add arbitrary rewrites?

I've been looking for something like this for a while. Two reasons are sites like vigilink that is heavily used by one of the sites I read, which luckily gets filtered by uBlock Origin, and all the URL tracking stuff. I guess i can't expect you to catch them all, so I was hoping to be able to add rewrites myself?
