As the title mentions, is water missing on the map and minimap of journeymap (it's just not there), I removed mods until I found it that minecolonies causes this bug.
But when minecolonies is installed with the least required mods (+Fugue, Scalar, CodeChickenLib, Forgelin-Continuous, LibrarianLib-Continuous, Journeymap and Minecolonies) it works fine.
So it seems like it, that another mod combined with minecolonies is causing this bug, but I can't figure out which other mod combied with minecolonies causes it.

Can't reproduce - it was not minecolonies But I get a same report somewhere, need to figure out the real conflict
