Installing IntelliInput (http://mcc.mcsv.jp/IntelliInput/Download) makes the whole game run slower. This occurred with profiles with only IntelliInput, Fugue, and Scalar installed. This mod has not been updated in almost 7 years, there is an alternative mod called CocoaInput, but the version that supports 1.12.2 cannot be used on windows.
