nvmlDeviceSetGpcClkVfOffset is deprecated https://docs.nvidia.com/deploy/nvml-api/group__nvmlDeviceCommands.html

https://docs.nvidia.com/deploy/nvml-api/group__nvmlDeviceQueries.html#group__nvmlDeviceQueries_1g7a0bb4cb513396b7f42be81ac2ea4428 should be used instead

#85 adds support for for the new functions, hopefully it will be reviewed soon.
