Minicube with support for SAR and DEM

• Modifies the datacube.py script to generate minicubes with partial inputs including SAR and DEM. Also configured to prodice ("most cloud-free") bi-monthly cubes in a start/end time range.
  • Now, run scripts/minicube_sar_dem.py to get the minicubes
• Turned the script into a notebook for generating embeddings from partial inputs
  • Adds t-SNE for first two PCs.
  • Visualizes by date instead of generic numerical range

• Padidan , Pakistan monsoon floods, August 2022
• Achham District, Nepal landslides, September 2022
• Guria, Georgia floods and landslides, September 2023
