Feature Request: Remote Follow

I think it would be good to implement a follow feature visible on user profile pages.

• If a person is a locally logged in user on the particular Quanta instance, then the follow request would be sent
• If a person is not logged in, for whatever reason (perhaps they have a local account, perhaps not), then a remote follow dialog launches a new window similar to how SoapBox-BE, Pleroma, PeerTube, as well as others such as Mastodon do.
• For people who are not logged in locally, this enables a person with an account anywhere in the Fediverse to follow the profile of the user account being viewed from any remote Fediverse account the viewer may have.
• Sometimes, even when attempting to follow an account in someone's feed, it fails, while manually visiting that accounts profile on the remote server and affecting a "Remote Follow" attempt often works - dunno why, but this has been my experience ;)
