Add/improve diagram to README

In the README could there be a diagram like the one in https://claudiozandonella.github.io/trackdown/articles/trackdown-workflow.html but where it is clearer that trackdown does not store the rendered version on Google Docs?

Or will trackdown eventually store the rendered version (from reading issues I have the impression no decision has been made yet)?
