Selection-based line modifiers

Would require some significant adjustements to the main UI, by adding either another toolbar somehow with move/delete/etc buttons, or place them into the existing bar and get rid of some other things.

Selected lines could also respond to keyboard actions as well, such as arrow up/down for movement.

'Selected movement' would also be sweet for subfactories, but not sure where to put those buttons.

Maybe the new hover events could help here, so you can do actions by hovering an element and using a keyboard shortcut.
