aarch64 support

We might need to support aarch64 since:

  • I might have a deathwish to buy a Raspberry Pi 4
  • Support ARM-based devices that may use this crappy board

Discovered @sakaki-'s repo which has Rpi4 support, we might need to build from a generic CrOS board then port her overlay from there. Sadly Raspberries must have their own overlay (blame RPiFdn)
