Add Amharic (am) translations

This pull request adds support for the Amharic (am) language by copying the existing English translations and updating the .po files under priv/gettext/am/.

✅ ISO 639-1 language code: am ✅ All strings are translated manually ✅ Follows the existing structure for translations
