Optional fields in forms

Hi

All fields in forms are mandatory. I ask various questions on the form. Some users don't want to send me feedback because they have to fill in questions they don't want to comment on. Could you make the fields optional, or there could be an option whether the question is mandatory or not.

I think this should be an option to the right of the 'Type' field, with the option to make it optional.
