Stories Interaction Feature

This PR is a prototype for a 'Stories' feature.

The Idea is that one can:

• Create a poll with multiple options for a slide
• For each option, provide the 'next' slide to progress to, if the majority of the audience votes for that option
• Have a button+shortcut to got to the top-voted 'next slide'

As mentioned in #122, I am not really a coder (and had not heard of the framework before taking a look at Claper). Hence, the code is likely 'not necessarily ideal', i.e., will need a bit of changes from somebody who actually knows what they are doing to get into a mergeable state.

Nevertheless, it seems to be functionally robust at the moment.

Thanks; Shall I resolve the conflicts first, or do you want to take a look how useful it is before I put further work into it? As I said, this was basically the first time I worked with Elixir, so I wouldn't trust my code for more complex changes. ;-)
