Feature Request: Select next slide based on vote

I would like to have a feature that lets me create a multiple choice / vote activity for a slide. However, in addition to the current vote activity, it should allow for providing an associated 'next' slide along with each option. In the actions related to the activity, in addition to the current 'show results', the option to 'go to voted on slide' should be available.

This allows for creating interactive adventure games, where the audience votes on how a story progresses.

Just submitted #125, which is a prototype implementation of the feature.

Ok, just tested #125 with another person; Things that are still a bit fnord-y: [x] Slide-count internally starts at 0 ; That is a bit counter-intuitive and can likely be fixed front-end or at the call for next-slide [x] The new story interactions are not copied along when copying a presentation [x] Clear votes on a story point when advancing the slide to allow loops

Edit: Ok, fixed those things and pushed a branch. Still some things that would be nice (explicit button to clear votes for example); But this should be good enough for a prototype for now. ;-)
