Feature Request: Add 'Privacy Policy' and customizable 'About' link

Within several countries in Europe, basic information should be provided when running an online service. This includes basic legal information and a privacy policy. It would be great if an ENV setting was available, with which an (additional top be added) 'Privacy Policy' as well as the 'About' button could be overwritten with a new destination URL.

Took a first shot at this in #123 ; Never worked with erlang or elixir, but it did work locally at least. ;-)
