Feature request: The guide should flesh out best practices for testing per role

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to know what Testing Best Practices each of our teams should be using. What works for us for which context.

It could be that you can use axe with pa11y, cypress & circleCI, but how do we configure it so that it is giving us similar results.

What tools to we recommend for designers and what tools should they all be using as part of the "definition of done"
