Adds i18n tag to all templates.

This fixes issue #876

@abhiprojectz issue #876 is intended to remind us to use the i18n library in all template texts after we port the templates over to Django syntax in issue #889. Would you like to assist with issue #889?

I converted this pull request to draft, since it is not yet time to internationalize the template texts. We first need to port the templates from Handlebars to the Django template syntax #889

Since we put together html files we don’t have such file structure in the project anymore.
