All clod/shovel/sprites.

This PR adds all of the;

• CLOD/SHOVEL variable to hold it
• SPRITES
• the CLOD.

TODO; OR MERGE WITHOUT;

• [x] Disassemble piles with hands, grab a clod out of the pile, not just with a shovel. [todo-?]
• [ ] Grab clod out of dirt turfs with your hands and minus the available_dirt--

Merge conflict with items.dmi:

1. Make a copy of your items.dmi somewhere (for example, your desktop or in your repo's folder)
2. Pull the updated master branch
3. Copy paste your sprites in the pulled items.dmi
4. Push the updated .dmi

Not gonna allow to take clod out of dirt with your bare hands.

Balance for now. Could just be explained as dirt too tough, needs shovel. :)
