What needs to be done by a sysadmin after this PR is merged

To prevent further confusion: DELETE FROM miovision_api.classifications WHERE classification_uid = 8; DELETE FROM miovision_api.intersection_movements WHERE classification_uid = 8; There are no entries in any of the volumes tables for this classification, nothing further to delete.
