What this pull request accomplishes:

  • Organizes, updates and cross-references documentation for our HERE data

Issue(s) this solves:

  • #481

  • do you like the format and
  • is the level of detail right

@chmnata it would be great if you could approve and merge this. It looks like @radumas gave it a thorough review some months ago and @scann0n made all the requested changes. I just gave it a thorough re-review myself and all looks good to me.

@scann0n , @chmnata is this ready to go? It doesn't need to be perfect, just needs to be an improvement on the current documentation.

@radumas we'll have to get this merged before I can start renovating the main README. Otherwise we'll end up with a bunch of merge conflicts.
