Miovision - inconsistent intersection naming convention

The format of intersection names is applied inconsistently across intersections within miovision_api.intersections.intersection_name.

My proposal: update intersection_name to reflect the original naming convention: [E / W street] / [N / S street].

e.g. "Adelaide / Bathurst", "Danforth / Jones", etc.
